Committee Election

It is mandatory to conduct elections of the Committee of the Housing Society every five years. We Guide and offer consultation to conduct Elections of Housing societies as per the provisions of Bye laws and Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act. We conduct the Election process from the submission of Application for election till the result of the society. Following documents required for Election Process:

  • I form
  • J form
  • Share Ledger
  • Share Register
  • E1, E2, E3 Forms
  • Application for Election Proposal
  • Nomination forms
  • List of defaulters of the Society

By the Election, the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and other committee members are elected. The defaulters of the society can neither contest nor vote in the Elections. We make sure that the elections are conducted as per Bye Laws and MCS Act.

संस्थेच्या समितीतील सदस्यांची नेमणूक करण्यासाठी दर पाच वर्षांनी निवडणूक घेणे अनिवार्य आहे. संस्थेच्या उपविधी आणि महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० अन्वये संस्थेची निवडणूक घेण्यासाठी आम्ही मार्गदर्शन आणि सल्ला देतो. आम्ही निवडणुकीसाठी आवश्यक अर्ज जमा करणे ते निवडणुकीच्या निर्णयापर्यंत संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया करून देतो. संस्थेच्या निवडणुकीसाठी खालील कागदपत्रे आवश्यक आहेत:

  • "आय" नमुन्यातील सदस्य नोंदवही
  • "जे" नमुन्यातील सदस्य नोंदवही
  • भागभांडवल नोंदवही
  • भागभांडवल नोंदणीपुस्तक
  • इ-१, इ-२, इ-३ नमुन्यातील फॉर्म
  • निवडणूक प्रस्ताव अर्ज
  • नामनिर्देशन नोंदवही
  • संस्थेतील अपात्र सदस्यांची यादी

संस्थेतील निवडणुकीद्वारे अध्यक्ष, सचिव, खजिनदार आणि समितीतील इतर सदस्यांची निवड केली जाते. संस्थेतील अपात्र सदस्य निवडणुकीमध्ये मतदान करू शकत नाहीत. आम्ही खात्रीपूर्वक संस्थेची निवडणूक उपविधी आणि सहकार कायद्याच्या तरतुदीप्रमाणे घेतो.
